In the first picture Sasuke visited 10 tails dimension for the first time, when Isshikis soul still existed inside Jigen, and underneath everyone one of the stone carvings of the Otsutsukis horns there was a circle which was the same color as the rest of the stone.
But in the second and third images, its after Isshiki had died and his soul was extinguished, then the circle under Isshikis horn on the stone turned black. But none of the other Otsutsukis circles underneath their horns were black like Isshikis, even though they were all shown to be dead except Momoshiki. The circle underneath Isshikis horns indicated that he was dead because after Isshiki died, i think Ikemoto deliberately emphasizes the stone carvings of Otsutsuki to show us all of them were alive except Isshiki because the circle underneath their horns remained the same color.
