Eida/Ada was the first computer programmer, while Mamushi is technically Bug, so I think Mamushi will mess with Eida’s omnipotence: the bug in the system.
Daemon, a background process (automated defense), beats the bug only for Code, the program, to intercept the bug.
So, I think Mamushi will end up consuming Eida and gaining Omnipotence abilities, Daemon will kill Mamushi, then Code will appear at the end to steal Mamushi’s Soul Thorn Bulb to eat it for power, making him gain Omnipotence (albeit limited since he’s not an Otsutsuki).
There is a Japanese superstition that warned of killing a mamushi since its mate would come seeking revenge, so maybe we might see this version of Code fight Daemon in an eventual rematch.
