We know through physics that the passage of time is relative to gravitational force.(the more intense gravity is – the faster time goes) Kind of like Made In Heaven from JJBA! Well it’s now been well established that Sarada Uchiha can create AND control actual black holes, so I think its safe to say that gravity manipulation is well within her forte. I do find it interesting as well that Boruto’s Jogan shinjutsu is also speculated to be related to time manipulation. Now i don’t really have evidence to reference from the manga, the idea of time manipulation hasn’t really been touched on as far as i can see, aside from Momoshiki freezing time. Hopefully after reading this you might agree – time manipulation will play a crucial role in the battles to come for our brave ninjas!

I must concede that Ohirume spheres are in fact not black holes, but a facsimile created by her awesome chakra. I will also mention however that the concept of time dilation has been explored within the Uchiha clan, though it’s in the form of genjutsu (tsukuyomi).
The idea of gravity being used as a tool to manipulate time isn’t a solid theory by any means, and I gotta admit I didn’t put it up to much scrutiny internally; to me though it seems like a natural evolution of her powers.
To further explain the ability, Sarada would be able to modulate localized time flow (not space time itself) within her zone of control using Mangyeko sharingan. This could be an important counter versus “blitz style” fighters like Kawaki or Code.
I’m thinking this would be an actual manipulation of time rather than the illusion of it. And while an illusion certainly has is purposes and uses, the actual skipping or stopping of even a couple seconds can be much more useful I think.
It isn’t a black hole necessarily – but it seems to mimic the effects based on what we’ve seen from it. She sucked up all that iron sand and nobody knows where it went! Those spheres could maybe create an event horizon, not of chakra or illusion, but of the physical world. I’ll admit though an illusion is equally possible.
