Kinshiki enhances his strength, as stated in the novel, by restructuring his body using chakra. Unlike Sakura and Tsunade, who flow chakra into their muscles and release it at contact points for superhuman strength, Sasuke states that Kinshiki’s muscles are being rewritten at the cellular level to produce force beyond his biological limits. This surpasses normal chakra control.
