As previously established in Shippuden, Naruto and Sasuke are intertwined. That includes fate and power-ups. Naruto learned the Rasengan a few arcs after Sasuke learned Chidori. Naruto’s rage officially unlocked the One-Tail Cloak in the same fight where Sasuke developed Curse Mark Stage 2. Naruto gained Sage Mode around the time Sasuke unlocked MS. Naruto unlocked Kurama Link Mode when Sasuke got EMS. Naruto and Sasuke both met Hagoromo after Madara brought them to death’s door… Madara extracted Kurama from Naruto and stabbed Sasuke. After that, Naruto gained Six Paths Sage Mode while Sasuke gained the Rinnegan. In their final fight, Naruto and Sasuke both lost an arm.
Fast-forward to NNG: Naruto was nerfed by losing Kurama in the Isshiki fight, and Sasuke was nerfed by losing his Rinnegan moments after Isshiki was defeated. Now, Naruto is sealed away, and so is Sasuke. Sasuke’s Shinju is named “Hidari,” which means “left side.” The arm Sasuke lost was his left one. The Rinnegan eye he lost was also his left eye. As this Discord group has touched upon, if and when Sasuke is unsealed, he will most likely regain his Rinnegan and his left arm. That leaves Naruto. What power-up do you think he will unlock (or be given) if and when he is unsealed?
I saw an interesting TikTok comment that read, “Being sealed away for 3 years would be a long time to gather Nature Energy.” Do you think Naruto will unlock some type of super Sage Mode after being unsealed? Maybe become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, a theory already mentioned in this channel? Will the new 9-Tails that’s inside Himawari get split somehow (like when Minato sealed half within himself and half inside Naruto) and Naruto will get half? What power-up do you think Naruto is going to get?
