Think I figured out why Momoshiki went quiet in TBV. Possessing Boruto seems to be a doubled edged sword for Momoshiki and constantly places him at a disadvantage as seen in the chapter, he possessed Boruto in the fight vs. Code(after that fight, Boruto was able to get glimpses of the future), meaning the more times Momoshiki possesses Boruto body, the is a chance that Boruto awakens Momoshiki’s abilities.
And a stronger Boruto means less time to possess him, since the body possession needs consent or for Boruto to be unconscious, that’s why he was so pissed off at the end of the first manga, it’s much easier to take over someone who has a weak will.
This could mean in the fight against jura should he come out Momoshiki won’t be attacking Jura or the grimes the main people in danger are going to be Sarada and Mitsuki
