The final battle of Boruto TBV will be Sasuke vs Boruto/Momoshiki & Naruto vs Kawaki.
This is a theory from Boruto’s deal with Momoshiki. I feel that they will succeed in defeating the Shinju & Code but I don’t feel like Kawaki & Boruto is the final conclusion. It’ll be more better story wise to let Sasuke & Naruto deal with Boruto & Kawaki respectively.
Piggy backing on Sasuke gaining his arm & Rinnegan back after he’s released from the tree (the tree heal Jura so it’ll heal the captured too). Boruto must go through with the deal & I feel as he is losing his body he’ll get Sasuke to seal him away or kill him for good like they did Kaguya (most likely kill because Boruto’s matured resolved will willingly allow himself to be sacrificed for the village) & Sasuke is the only person who could do such a task.
At the same time Naruto will come to his senses & own up to his mistake about Kawaki & decide to put him down for the sake of Konoha (similar to how Hashirama put down Madara)…using the hyped up new Sage mode form we haven’t saw yet.
This time actually killing him.
And like Boruto Kawaki will allow Naruto to end his life after realizing he can’t kill Boruto.
Sasuke will defeat Boroshiki / Momoshiki destroying his ability to use time space ninjutsu.
